Refunds

If we can't deliver a brief you're happy to share, you get a full refund. Email hello@baaratbrief.com within 7 days of delivery with your payment id.

If you paid but haven't sent your details yet and change your mind, we refund in full. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Razorpay, usually in 5-7 working days.
