How to send a wedding itinerary on WhatsApp that guests actually read

A 6-page PDF in the family group gets downloaded by maybe a third of people. A single image with the schedule gets seen by almost everyone.

What guests actually need

• Each function: name, date, start time, venue with a map link
• Dress code per function
• Pickup points and the last shuttle
• One or two numbers to call, not the whole vendor list

Format for WhatsApp

1. Send portrait images (1080 x 1350) not a PDF: schedule, dress code, pickups & help.
2. Keep it bilingual if elders are in the group. English on top, Hindi below each line.
3. Pin the schedule image in the group, and resend it the evening before each day.
4. Keep the full PDF for vendors and close family.
